Delivery window for Courier & Express Courier services are between Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 6PM.
Delivery window for Night / Weekend Courier service are between Monday - Sunday, after 6PM on weekdays & 10AM - 10PM on weekends.
Free Ordinary Mail delivery service is also offered for selected products, please be advised that they do not come with any tracking.
Cash-on-Delivery at Doorstep (COD@Doorstep) option is available for additional $20 for the applicable services.

NOTICE:
- Cut-off timing for Same Day delivery under 'Super Express Courier' will be 12pm, for delivery between 5pm to 10pm on a working day. For payments received after 12pm, order will be delivered by Next Working Day.
- Additional surcharge of up to S$30.00 may apply to certain restricted areas if entry to premise takes a longer time due to tight security. You will be notified where applicable.
- You will be notified upon delivery failure. You may either self-collect the item from our office or reschedule another delivery (charged separately).
- All Delivery Lead Time are based on working days.
