- Exit MacPherson MRT via Exit A
- Walk about 600m along Paya Lebar Road (towards MacPherson Rd/Airport Rd)
- Cross the traffic junction at Ubi Ave 3 intersection, diagonally.
- Pedestrian entrance to Yi Guang Factory Building is to the right of a small 'The Bunker' building painted brownish red.
- Walk past 'The Bunker' (shown in image on the left) then turn Right into the main Lobby with 3 cargo lifts, and 1 passenger lift.
- Take the passenger lift or cargo lifts up to Level 3
