By MRT
- Exit Tai Seng MRT via exit B
- Walk 70m along Harper Road (towards Playfair Road)
- Entrance to Noel Building is on the left (red/beige coloured building), right after Harper Point building
- Walk straight, upslope of carpark exit (shown in image on the left) towards Lobby where the blue shelter is.
- Take the passenger lift or cargo lifts up to Level 2

By Car / Taxi
- a) Turn Left onto Playfair Road from Macpherson Road
b) Enter Harper Road from Paya Lebar Road, then turn left onto Playfair Road
- Enter building from Main Entrance as per image on left (beside Grantral Mall/Complex carpark entrance)
- Alight at Lobby where blue shelter is
- Take the passenger lift or cargo lifts up to Level 2
