Conditions of Sale
All orders must be paid for before goods can be released. TREOO.com will not be held liable for goods damaged during transit/delivery for goods handled by third-party logistics (3PL), or after it has been released to you after self-collection is complete. Refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. TREOO.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
An order, once accepted, is legally binding that you have accepted all terms and conditions at will prior to order made. Orders are to be fulfilled, unless otherwise confirmed by the management of Treoo Group Pte. Ltd. via email that your order is eligible for termination on a case-by-case basis due to error on our part or other legitimate reasons stated by Treoo Group Pte. Ltd. No orders or pre-orders are allowed to be cancelled, or payment refunded if payment is already made, once they are placed and confirmed. All pre-order/backorder schedules are non-guaranteed. If a one-time refund is allowed on a case by case basis, regardless via store credits or cash, the payment transaction fee charged in the original transaction, is non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Once order is placed and confirmed by our system, there shall not be any cancellation of orders which are of 'processing' status. An order will hold a 'processing' status when item is already paid for or when the item is being delivered. We will allow cancellation of orders if, and only if, TREOO.com is not able to fulfill the order due to limitations, in which, there will be an official email sent to inform you. Customers who wish to violate and proceed to terminate or cancel their order(s) are liable for the following:
- Pay transaction penalty fee of SGD$30 or 10% of order value, whichever is higher.
- Deduction of 500 Audio$ or 50% of balance Rewards Points (Audio$), whichever higher.
- Blacklisted account with limited privileges
Electronic signatures and acceptance of contracts formed electronically are governed by the Electronic Transactions Act (ETA) (Cap 88) (rev. 2010) and to sections 417 or 420 of the Penal Code (Cap 224) under Singapore Law.
Refunds
Should a full refund take place in lieu of an order cancellation (or a partial refund), the fund amount will be reversed via the original payment method. In the event that a payment reversal via original payment method is not realistically possible, we may allow alternative methods subject to a 10% administrative and/or payment fee, subject to GST at the prevailing rate.
Please allow our finance department up to 14 working days to process any refund.
Fees shall apply if the refund is to be made via another method, unless otherwise informed. Fees marked as 'Payment Transaction Fee', 'Payment Surcharge' or 'Payment Adjustments' on the original Invoice or Order Confirmation, cannot be refunded.
Depending on the payment method used, fund reversal as a result as a refund, may incur additional fees charged by our vendors. Such fees may be in the form of fee deductions or part amount withheld when the funds are credited back to you, as the respective vendors may impose, subject to the terms set out by them. We shall not be held liable for such fees incurred and compensation request of such fees shall be declined.
Should the refund be made back to your paying credit/debit card, please check your card statement at the end of your bill cycle to verify this refund. Alternatively, you may call up your bank to verify any refunds, after being notified in writing through email of a successful refund transaction.
There may be some fee deductions from the total amount paid, due to reasons stated under 'Order Cancellation', or on a case by case basis.
Replacement of defective products
As an authorised distributor and dealer for major audio brands, we only supply and sell products that are brand new, and sealed at the time of manufacture, or upon release to us by the respective distributors/agents. Should there be any product fault due to manufacturing defects, we will be happy to assist you to have your purchased product checked and issue resolved, once the fault has been verified by the authorised party.
If you do suspect to have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may direct you to an appointed local service centre for such matters. Such products may be repaired, or replaced, in accordance to the warranty policies laid out by the respective brand owners and/or manufacturers, to which TREOO.com does not have any control over.

Rewards System
The terms 'Audio$', 'Cashback' are used as reward units in our loyalty reward system. Our reward system lets you earn Audio$ points and cashback for discounts on future purchases on our TREOO.com online store. It is available to all registered users, VIP members and non-VIP members inclusive. Some rewards are not awarded prior to your first purchase; during on-going promotional events; or be used to offset fees and charges, along with certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.
We reserve the right to deny or put any rewards on hold if we suspect any non-permitted usage or earning of Audio$ or Cashback through illegal means; abuse of our rewards system. All rewards that are withheld by us, will only be released upon full investigation and verification that you are the deserving owner of the withheld value.
Our decision on all matters and disputes concerning the reward system shall be final and binding on the customer. In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right to debit the appropriate value of reward from the customer's account, without prior notice to the customer.
All reward benefits, including store vouchers and coupon codes, made available to you as a customer within your account on TREOO.com, are not exchangeable for cash/products, transferrable or refundable, and shall only be valid for a limited fixed time period. Your respective reward details (including expiry date if applicable) can be found under 'My Account' upon log in. Any expired rewards shall be automatically forfeited, cancelled and become null and void. Any request for extension, exchange, replacement or refund will not be entertained.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing tax rate. Prices may be subject to change without notice. An official Invoice and/or payment notice shall be sent via email, for any payment amount made towards TREOO.com.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is not available at the time of purchase you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternate product (if available), or a refund in the form of store credit or payment reversal, less applicable payment surcharges. The respective bank and financial institutions' policies will dictate when this refund amount is credited to your account.
For products on indent-basis, on backorder, or bespoke (customised) items, availability of goods are mostly affected due to the following reasons, but not limited to, production delays, manufacturing part shortages, shipment delays, customs clearance, etc. and TREOO.com has no control over these scenarios, be it for locally sourced goods from local distributors/agents or other foreign entities. Shipment delays can be frequent for products that are high in demand or with limited production. TREOO.com will reflect accurate stock availability to the best of our ability, but does not guarantee its accuracy.
Site Errors
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
Errors will be corrected where discovered within the shortest possible time. TREOO.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received; credit card charged.

The number of arbitrators shall be one; The place of arbitration shall be Singapore; The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be in English Language.
