Q: I did not receive any confirmation email. No one has contacted me.

As soon as you have placed a valid order through our webstore, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you via email automatically.

If you have not received it, be sure to check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder. It might have been stuck there, so do double check those folders again. 

If you had chosen COD as your preferred delivery method, our staff will contact you via mobile SMS to schedule for arrange for COD only when your order is ready for COD. We will not contact you if you had selected any of the domestic delivery options for your order.
